Coolabah 32: Special issue

Please see below information about the new special issue of Coolabah, the official journal of The Australian and Transnational Studies Centre at the Universitat de Barcelona.

The Coolabah team is very pleased to announce the publication of a special issue in honour of Professor Doireann MacDermott, who was instrumental in introducing postcolonial studies to Catalonia and Spain. This special issue boasts novelist Mark G Sanchez’s work, which addresses Gibraltar border identity in his lecture: “Between the Colonial and the Postcolonial: Writing and the Creation of a Third-Space Identity”.

The MacDermott Lectures take place once a year and will be the object of future special Coolabah issues.
